All orders are processed pending availability and credit card verification.
Orders placed during normal business hours will be processed immediately, and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on Friday after 3pm PST and through the weekend will be processed on the following business day.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We will accept items for exchange or store credit within 15 days of receiving shipment, less shipping costs. Item(s) must be unworn and returned in new and original condition.
All sale items are final and non-returnable. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value
We ask you to contact customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) regarding all returns/exchanges prior to shipping.
For your protection, we recommend that you use FEDEX or USPS, priority mail with tracking number.
Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our studio.
Olmox will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
