SHIPPING AND PROCESSING GUIDELINES
All orders are processed pending availability and credit card verification.
Orders placed during normal business hours will be processed immediately, and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on Friday after 3pm PST and through the weekend will be processed on the following business day.
If you would like to check the status of a shipped order, please use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have questions , please contact email@example.com.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At Olmox, we kindly want to inform our customers that we do not process returns.
We will accept items for exchange or store credit within 15 days of receiving shipment, less shipping costs. Item(s) must be unworn and returned in new and original condition.
Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.
Engraved items are non-exchangeable.
We are unable to accept any exchanges for items bought in a retail store or on another website. If this is the case, please refer to their return & exchange policy for further information.
We ask you to contact customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) regarding all returns/exchanges prior to shipping.
For your protection, we recommend that you use FEDEX or USPS, priority mail with tracking number.
Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our studio.
Olmox will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
We are pleased to offer a warranty period of 2 years. In the event that an item requires repair, the customer will be responsible for the associated shipping costs for the item to be sent to us. Once repairs are complete, Olmox will cover the shipping costs to return the item to the customer. Please note that repairs are provided at no cost, as long as any damage is not due to misuse.
For items that are over 2 years old, a fee will be charged. To obtain a repair quote, we kindly request that you send us a photo of the item. Once we have assessed the repair needs, Olmox will send an invoice for the applicable fee (previously agreed). We provide our customers with the flexibility to choose their preferred shipping method when returning repaired items.
In some cases the repair may be free of charge.
