By using this site, you are knowingly and willingly agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, and understand that you are entering into an electronic agreement. Upon electronic acceptance, these Terms of Use shall constitute a binding and enforceable contract between you and Olmox:

The following Terms of Use govern both your general use of the site and, when applicable, your use of the site to make purchases of Olmox’s Jewelry.
You agree that while using the Site you will not upload, post or transmit to or distribute or otherwise publish through the Site any materials, which in Olmox’s sole discretion:

Information is provided in this website, for your personal, noncommercial use, including the online purchase of the merchandise depicted, and for no other purpose.


You acknowledge that although Olmox has attempted to accurately depict the colors of all products offered on the Site, the color displayed is dependent on many different factors including the display of your computer monitor. As such, Olmox, is not responsible for any inaccuracies or color variations in the products you purchase from the Site. Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly.

Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.



In the case of an error on the price of the product you ordered we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.



You agree that Olmox may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your right to use or make purchases through the Site in the event that you breach or violate any of these Terms of Use; and Olmox in its sole discretion, decides to discontinue access to the Site. You agree that all terminations shall be made in Olmox’s sole discretion and that Olmox shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your account or access to the Site.

Visitors to this website are responsible for their own compliance with local laws regarding website use and access.



Local taxes, if applicable, will be added to your order. Olmox collects sales tax for Texas of 8.25%



Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation including products, total amounts and shipping information. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with shipping confirmation.



Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Reasons may include:
–Item(s) not available.
–Difficulty in processing your payment information.
–Cannot ship to address provided.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an e-mail notification regarding your order, which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.

In the event Olmox cancels your order, your sole and exclusive remedy is limited to reimbursement of amounts billed to your credit card for the items cancelled.



Olmox products are subject to availability; and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.


Olmox offers shipping via USPS domestically.



Olmox will repair any design purchased through Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. A fee will be apply in case the piece has been damage or warrantee has expired.

Olmox likes to stay in touch with its customers via emails which feature new products and promotions.
